A major focus of international development in the health sector in recent years has been improving the quality of health data coming from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) through investing in country-level health information systems (HIS). In response to this growing need, MEASURE Evaluation, in collaboration with other global digital health actors, implemented activities both at the global level and in various LMICs to strengthen HIS using information communication technology tools, processes, and guidelines.

On February 14, 2019, at 9 am EST, MEASURE Evaluation will host a one-hour webinar to present lessons learned during implementation. The presenters will use the lessons to forecast the future of digital HIS. The webinar will address three questions: What are the foundational tools and processes for a strong digital HIS? What are the challenges that slow the pace to scaling up of digital HIS?  What is on the horizon for digital health in HIS strengthening?

Register to attend the webinar.
