Description:This is a guidance document on how to use health data to be more responsible and accountable to communities for their health status. The guidance also includes a scorecard for shared community-health system accountability for data use and actions. The guidance is designed for community leaders and community activists, and it can also be used by ministry of health officials to support communities in developing tools, procedures, and processes to support community health systems.
